They either have a transfer, or they sent it by a transport company, but they don't give you a tracking number, then they promise to bring it with their own transport. Payment from 09.01.2026 - the product has not been shipped. The claim for a refund of the prepayment is also served with breakfast, then tomorrow, then the day after tomorrow.

On 03/11/2024, an advance payment was made for the gearboxes. As a result, the supplier disrupted the delivery time. I couldn't deliver the products we ordered, I offered an analog, but we weren't satisfied with it. They asked for a refund, and as a result, on 09.10.2025, silence. Refuse to return the money.
