All customers are redirected to self-service cash desks. The cashier does not respond to customer comments. And the queue has already gathered at the self-service cash desks. And if the payment is in cash, then you need to stand in 2 queues - still in a separate cash register. Some barcodes are not read by the system. As a result, it takes significantly more time to purchase than in regular cash registers. It's a mess!
