The most terrible store I've been to, and I'm very sad that this particular store is next to my office. There is always a shortage of staff, in the cookery or at self-service checkout counters, sometimes you can wait up to 10 minutes to be approached. There are often spoiled foods in cooking, today I just threw out the rice and chicken. A lot of product positions are either there or not. Pastries are always stale and small. The price tags at the checkout and those indicated on the display cases often do not match. I want it to be closed and the same eureka installed, I don't have the strength to be angry anymore. Every trip to the store, it's bound to happen some shit. Disgusting!!! Today I also found a piece of plastic in the quesadilla, it's already not tasty, and I almost choked on it.

I go to this store at lunch (because I work in an office near this store nearby) and in the evening (I buy groceries home for the evening). I would like to mention the store staff: they will always help, explain, and are friendly. It's true! It's always a pleasure to come to this store. I would also like to note that the self-service cash desks in the Belmarket network are the most understandable and easy for customers, compared with the cash desks of other retail chains. I am expressing my opinion as an ordinary customer. Well done to your programmers and employees!!!
