On my next visit, I hung up at the self-service checkout (after work, there were a lot of people, but there was a problem with someone who could help), I waited honestly, but not fate. But I understood why there are a lot of people at regular cash registers. Maybe I'm personally so unlucky, everything happens, but the fact remains, I try not to go to this store anymore.

I ordered a home delivery yesterday! I was completely shocked by the situation that happened for the first time!!! The seller mixed up the orders when handing them over to couriers! someone else's order was delivered to me, but mine was sent to a different address. They called the store, asked to sort it out! In the end, they said we'll call you back and hung up. After that, no one picked up the phone at all, our calls were stupidly dropped! They pushed the blame onto the Yandex couriers, even though they weren't to blame at all, and they tried to figure it out with us, while the store staff just gave up on us!!! I've never seen such a nightmare before! As a result, we had to change the order on our own, from each other! The situation is disgusting! The store has lost all trust! I will no longer order there myself and recommend not to do it to people close and familiar! In order not to face the same problem and not to spoil your psyche!
