There was a card statement about the time of purchase. They refused to refund the funds. They told me to come to the senior cashier in a few hours, which was inconvenient. Conclusion - take receipts, do not take perishable expensive ( relatively) products. No apologies were heard.

Goodnight! We just visited your store and bought a cheese with mold. We started unpacking, we saw a brown spot that shouldn't be there, but we thought it was normal.
