The organization is decent, but the most valuable thing it has are its employees. I have met and seen very few places such warmth, attentiveness and willingness to provide any help and advice. Employees need to learn how to communicate with potential customers. I wanted to get a hard hat consultation, so I called the specified number, the phone was picked up and dropped after a couple of seconds. When I call back, the woman says in a dissatisfied voice that I'm actually busy arranging insurance for a client. Of course, no one called back after. They don't work with requests that way.
