It is not known what the designers smoked in the USSR, but the absurdity of such buildings is ridiculed in the movie "Wizards": "Well, who builds like that?"(actor of Farad). It's hard to find the right organization. The building is monumental. It is simply surrounded by green firs and pines. It will stand for another 100 years.
