We asked about the connection of video surveillance. Initially, C4 said that there are cameras, everything is OK, come sign a contract. At the conclusion of the contract, it is said that we will be connected to a video surveillance system + on request, if necessary, video will be made from any other regional video camera.
Result: I call, I specify how to connect: a message will come in 10 minutes, do everything according to them. I call in an hour, explaining that there are no messages. In response: "We can't reach you!!! Your house is not connected to the system, all videos are on demand only. The residents of the house do not want to connect." I'm clarifying when the ad was posted. The answer is:" Never, there was a door-to-door inspection."
He probably wasn't in Our house. It's hard to find me outside the house.
I don't see any advantages in all this.
Minuses:
- misleading initially about cameras and viewing!
- in an hour!!!!!No operator got through to me. Provided that the bodies are nearby and not busy. How can this be????
- how can people know about your capabilities and connection if there is no ad + when there was an apartment bypass???
Advertising is good, but in fact..... Misleading initially, no work with potential clients.

The video violated the contract, where it says that they undertake to issue an invoice to the address specified in the contract and addressed to the director, a letter was drawn up by a lawyer and sent, registered with a notification... But they didn't get it... That's the attitude towards customers
