Great hotel! Very convenient location. There are bus stops nearby, from where you can get to anywhere in the city. The hotel itself is quiet, peaceful and very clean. Lovely and friendly girls at the drawing. After a 16-hour trip to Astana, we were checked in early. Thank you very much! The room itself turned out to be very spacious, bright and so cozy. Excellent WI-FI, TV, mini fridge, kettle, comfortable beds and super soft snow-white bed linen. All toiletries and slippers are also provided, and there is a hairdryer. Very tasty and hearty breakfasts. There is a gym and a swimming pool inside. Thanks to all the staff for a wonderful stay!!

The hotel is conveniently located so you can easily get anywhere in Astana. The staff is very polite and friendly. Clean, cozy, quiet. There is a gym, swimming pool, sauna. For people who don't like fuss and prefer comfort and homeliness. Thank you so much for the warm welcome at Belon Land!!!

I was on vacation at this hotel from 11.10 to 18.10
In general, the impressions of the hotel are positive - the staff is very friendly, they always go to a meeting, they answer all questions
The price includes breakfast, as well as access to the gym and pool
The room itself is clean and pleasant
What I didn't like very much:
1. It was cold in my room at night
2. It was noisy outside because of the repair work
3. The gym is poorly equipped, and for me it was important

Not a bad hotel, there is a gym, a swimming pool. The breakfasts are modest, but quite hearty. Very responsive and adequate staff work at the reception. They will help, prompt, explain.

Well, it's all modest, very modest, ascetic and a little poor.

An inexpensive hotel, within walking distance of a good cafe cofe boom, where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food, the bed in the room is comfortable, the breakfast in the hotel is very monotonous, there is a gym, sauna and swimming pool, you can use an iron for free, there is a refrigerator and a kettle in the room.

The service sector is not Astana's strong point, as I understand it. We come several times and the hotels don't shine. At the entrance there is a narrow steep staircase in two flights, along which it is very difficult to carry suitcases. The rooms are not cleaned (in five days they did not even throw out the garbage and asked for toilet paper themselves). There is no kettle in the room, half of the outlets do not work, the toilet is leaking. But it is inexpensive and there is Wi-Fi))
