In general, Belorusneft has made a big step by creating a gas station + store network and training staff in high-quality service. The girls and guys there try to be polite and they do it great. How many times have I been served by them - I have never run into rudeness or incompetence. And their frenchdogs are something, I always stop by for them. The only thing is that sometimes junior staff (toilets) will help.
