We want to adopt European technologies without thinking about the whole process. The visitor is invited to bring a cup of coffee and/or something to eat (as at gas stations all over the world).... All this would be good if at least three or four operators were working at the gas station at the same time... When one or two employees do this, it is natural that sometimes huge queues gather (as at McDonald's in '96) from those who only want to refuel and/or those who want to refuel and drink coffee... But the gas station staff is not too worried. After all, they don't care at work that some are in a hurry and have to wait for others who want to eat and so on... All you have to do is either hire an additional employee for the *cafe* area, or ask visitors to refuel first, then park the car and go have coffee, eat, and so on...and the like....
