Instead of syrup for coffee, the remains of syrup mercilessly diluted with water are dangling. The tube of the pump barely reaches the level of this "compote" and, accordingly, the pump spits this liquid, which, crashing into the foam, together with it, flies on your clothes. The quality of the coffee, again, is lower than the previous ones. I'll clarify after I've tasted my spouse. It's not coffee. It's water. Disgusting. They just threw away full glasses in the end.
I've never seen this before at these gas stations. I hope this was an exceptional case.

We decided to pump up the tires, the compressor turned out to be broken, he completely lowered the wheel for us. They warned the staff at the gas station, the answer was "we know." There is no spare compressor, the proposal to write a sign so that people would not get into it was dismissed, although there was a free employee who sat doing nothing. The attitude of people is not beautiful. The people on site helped well with the compressor. You left the note yourself, but if the owner is reading it, I hope you will take measures to train the staff in basic politeness.

Всегда заправляюсь на заправках этой сети. В помещениях чисто, приветливый персонал. Есть зоны , где можно отдохнуть и покушать. Ещё плюс что можно проверить давление в колесах, а также привести в порядок салон пылесосом. Пылесос стоит 5 минут 1 рубль. Этого времени вполне хватает.

Заправка находится в отличном месте.
Из за высокого потока клиентов ( остановка и для туристических автобусов) подумайте о расширении зоны отдыха, очень необходимо в этом месте.
Постоянные очереди и «занятой туалет» подсказывает вам об этом не первый год:)
