Today we visited this gas station to drink coffee and have a snack. We were surprised by the large number of employees, but their work left much to be desired. Some of the staff stood and giggled, and as a result, we didn't get everything into the receipt and didn't hear the request. This created inconvenience for visitors and worsened the overall impression of the service. We recommend paying attention to the quality of staff work and improving customer service standards.

Two similar gas stations in the Uzdensky district on the Minsk-Mikashevichi highway. After the reconstruction, there is an excellent gas station. Friendly staff. There are tables for sitting and snacking on burgers, hot dogs, etc. delicious frozen tea. There are chargers for any gadgets. Just change the photo, it looks more beautiful now (there are new ones in Google)

But you were deceived, everything changes around you and the attitude towards the person as a whole. Tomorrow you will get sick with covid and take a chip and a barcode on your forehead. Stop it!
Gasoline is getting more expensive, the service remains the same. At some gas stations, hand washing is very expensive. I have even come across when the staff pours very little shampoo into the container. As a result, I had to kill an hour of washing time. And this is in Minsk near the MKAD near Partizansky Prospekt. The staff, exactly the cashiers, are very polite people! That's who doesn't mind 5 stars, so it's them.
