The appeal of the residents of ag. Gozha and nearby villages We would like to draw the attention of the management of Belorusneft to the critical situation with gas stations in our area. We have received information about the planned closure of the store when refueling and switching the station to work exclusively through self-service terminals (using Belarusbank and Belorusneft cards). This is a socially significant facility for our region, and such changes will create huge difficulties: The problem of payment: Cash payment will become impossible. Elderly people and those who do not have the necessary cards (and I only have cards in my smartphone) will be left without the opportunity to refuel. Lack of alternatives: In case of a car breakdown, you will have to go to the city for oil, antifreeze or basic spare parts. Minibuses run irregularly, which makes such trips a real problem. Seasonal demand: With the onset of heat, the flow of people increases significantly — these are summer residents and vacationers by the river. The gas station store is the only place where you can buy water, ice cream, and basic necessities. We kindly ask you to keep the store functioning properly. As a compromise, we propose to approve a work schedule that includes weekends, especially for the summer period. We hope for understanding and constructive solution of the issue. Otherwise, residents will be forced to send a collective appeal to the executive committee to protect their interests.
