22.05 6.50 am. I don't have a car and I wanted to buy a snack at the gas station. The staff did not say hello, they were having a conversation with each other. At the time of the order, the customer feels that he is in the way and cannot get in, make an order. The conversation with the client is rude, disrespectful, raising the tone of voice and accusing the client of reading not from the price tag, but from the packaging. To the request for "Chebupitsa with cheese", the response was with proof of the client's wrongness and information was conveyed in a raised tone: "Girl, he's with chicken, I repeat, there's chicken there." When ordering, there was a cappuccino for chebupitza, it was not punched, there was a repeat of the bill: "6.58 from you." The second woman, who took out chebupitza, loudly expressed indignation and sighed: "when will you decide on the order? What's the result!", after the absence of an answer from the partner, the remark "I won't go for anything anymore" was received. There were no additional sales. Why am I writing a review, because there is a contrast in service and disrespect for me as a young girl and a change in the tone of voice and the conduct of a male client. At the time of ordering, new male customers came to the gas station, greeted them, offered drinks, additional items, repeated the order and wished them a "Good day". The girl can be humiliated, show her superiority and make guilty, I do not see any arguments for such communication with the client, I ask you to respond to the review and have an explanatory conversation with the staff for such a disrespectful and selective attitude towards the guest.
