We took the cups and made coffee, but no one gave us the French dogs. We contacted the staff, they said that we ordered 3 French dogs and did not see that they were being prepared. They yelled at us, saying that they didn't even know what we ordered or where we ordered it. We had to come up and ask them to cook it. Although it is not stated anywhere that when paying yourself through the terminal, you need to approach and ask someone to prepare our order. We didn't argue, but we left a negative impression, the French dogs were also poorly made, we ordered 3 pieces with pork sausages, and we were served 2 with pork sausage and 1 with chicken, the buns were "burst" from below, so all the sauce leaked out. Work with the staff, as I, as a customer of my favorite gas station chain, am not pleased to meet with habalki.

Everything is as usual at the Belorusneft gas station, clean, cozy, delicious, cute girls will cook and pay quickly! The coffee is delicious, but in my opinion it's too expensive! It would be great if you could pay for fuel with a card at a separate terminal!

I regularly use the services of this gas station and was generally satisfied. I give 4 stars out of 5.Positive: 1. The prices are quite reasonable. Minuses: 1. Queues: Sometimes you have to wait a long time because of queues, especially during rush hours.2. Limited number of speakers: In my opinion, the station lacks additional refueling speakers, which could reduce the waiting time. In general, this is a good gas station with high-quality fuel and pleasant service. Hopefully, the number of speakers will be improved in the future to reduce the waiting time.
