here I ate my most terrible hot dog in my life, among the other Belarusneft gas stations (dry, leathery sausage plus almost no sauces), I would have understood and entered the situation if there was a queue and the operators were busy, but I was the only customer, it was possible to do at least something decent!!

Technology hasn't gotten here yet. Phone payment does not work, and there is also no terminal for self-payment of fuel. Every time to refuel, you have to stand in line and wait while the cashiers prepare hot dogs and stuff.
