This evening I went to your store for the first time after work, tired, I did not immediately calculate how much I would owe for purchases. In addition, not all products have price tags.
I took the following set of products:
Freshness "Savushkin" Whey with juice 415 g.,
"Lean" Cookies with sesame and flax "Spartak" 220 g.
Kefir with prebiotics and lactulose "Savushkin" 415 g.
Salmon oil "Santa Bremor" 200 g.
A bar of muesli "Spartak" 35 gr. - 2 pcs.
The price on the receipt turned out to be 3888 tenge.
I automatically paid with my card and left the store with the thought that it was too expensive here and I would not go to this store anymore. It was only at home, after sorting out the products and examining the receipt, that I realized that I had been grossly cheated.
An invalid email address is indicated on the official website of the company - I tried to send an email to the store's management, but it did not work out.
Both the cashier and the management should be ashamed of such an attitude towards people.
