A wonderful store specializing in the sale of high-quality linen products from a local flax mill. A huge range of bed linen, clothes and many other things. There is a cafe in the store, but they didn't take anything there, so I won't say anything about it. Of course, the prices here are not the lowest, but they often make promotions.It's clean, tidy, bright, and there's a place to sit down while waiting for your family. So in my opinion, it's worth a five.

2) the staff - maybe we were so lucky, but the rating is excellent! We were pleasantly welcomed, offered discounted goods, and so on... They helped me find what I needed, and everything was done in moderation - without being intrusive and useful.
3) a large selection of table and bed linen from both Orsha flax mill and Blakit.
4) Linen clothing is also well represented. But it was no different from Minsk, neither in terms of prices nor assortment.
5) as a result, we bought a linen tablecloth for a large table, a euro linen set for 80p and a simple one for 44)) Profitably...

I was left with a very strange impression of visiting this place.
Things and clothes are top class! The choice is great! The sellers in the department of everything for the home are nice and responsive, they will help and prompt.
But the sellers in the clothing department are just terrible, they all seemed to have PMS on the day and moment of arrival. I remember only 1 responsive one with a pigtail.
The things are cool, we came here from another country to get them. But the staff... The seller saw that I was choosing things, hanging them on my other hand, because all the fitting rooms were occupied, by the way, for such a large store there are only 3 fitting rooms, this is quite small, so, seeing that I choose clothes, the seller offers me to hang everything back😕
Next, we tried everything on, because I adore flax, I was going to take everything that would fit, because it is not known when I will still get into Belarusian flax. We found a skirt-shorts in the discount department, sat down as if it had been sewn on me, put it on without any problems, flew in with a whistle, but it was time to fasten, and the seam near the zipper was slightly torn. I tried it on, I liked everything, but this marriage or the carelessness of other visitors, I began to doubt, because I had to pay 3k Russian rubles, and then also give it to the atelier for 1k more, sorry, but this is too much. We went to the cashier, to clarify, maybe they will throw off at least a little, because the thing is good, but I don't really want to take a low-quality thing for the full amount. As a result, they told us at the checkout that we allegedly broke up because they did not have a marriage, and we ask for a discount. Excuse me, but if people tear something up, spoil it, etc. in stores, they do not approach the sellers and do not say that they have ruined the thing, because they understand that they will need to pay. Okay, they didn't take a skirt-shorts, it's a shame, I still remember them. Then I decided to take a couple of things anyway, there was no price tag on the skirt, I didn't notice it when I took it, because I only looked at the size of the skirt, which I prescribed on the patch, label. Well, they also attributed the loss of the price tag to me.
I would have put 5, but I'm lowering it because of the staff, it was unpleasant.

Every year we go to this store for shopping from another city - this is already a tradition: then for clothes, then for fabrics (linen is difficult to sew, but such cool curtains turn out!), then for towels, pillowcases and sheets, blankets, scarves, bags, shoes. Due to the fact that linen items are in high esteem, the quality is excellent, and these are the running sizes - 42, 44, 46 - they are snapped up like hot cakes, I haven't been getting anything lately ...))) The cost of linen items, of course, is a bit "biting" (although I understand that it is justified - you need to grow raw materials, process, sew). Perhaps I would like some promotions, and regular customers some discounts, bonuses, discount ...))) There is a department of women's and men's clothing, linen things for the house, fabrics, toys, it would be great if there was a department of clothing for children. If such a situation suddenly happens that you need to return the product, then its return can only be carried out in the store where the purchase was made (which is extremely inconvenient), although in Belarus there is a network of such stores in different cities. There is no single database: when there is no item or size available, it is not possible to find out if it is in another nearby city, store, only by personal visit or call. In principle, there are pros and cons, but more positive, so I put 5 ⭐.

Zero maintenance! I wanted to buy a towel of a certain size. I was the only customer in the store! There are sellers - three gossips chatting in a circle about their own. I spent 10 minutes going through all the shelves, I couldn't find what I needed. Not a single saleswoman even moved to help me.
