All normal people have a good day.We arrived in Minsk from Kazan.28.10.24 visited this store. One of the sellers was responsive, brought dresses for fitting, advised.Thank you to her.29.10.24g. I decided to visit this department again.Three sellers are standing and no one else.Neither be nor me🤦♀️No attention is paid to me.No hello, no questions, "what would you like? Can I help you?"…I chose something for myself, tried it on, paid off and said "thank you", and in response silence🙄I'm shocked!!!!!An unpleasant aftertaste remained..I don't understand what it is?!Arrogance?!I've heard that Belarusians are kind people.Since Soviet times, I have loved "Pesnyary", I listen and watch their performances. But what I faced turned my mind around.Because two more stores had 👎🏿.They were throwing checks. It's kind of a madhouse.

I came with a gift certificate, surprisingly, they gave me a detailed consultation on what I could buy with it, they chose what suits me for a long time, they didn't like anything, and they told me which store had more options. The service is good, I was probably lucky with the seller, it was on the evening of March 11, 2025. The seller is really charming and very friendly

I visited this store twice this week. I was looking at the curtains. The first time, no one even greeted or approached, the sellers just stood there chatting about their own. Today I went in to buy 4 curtains, asked for help from the seller, explained what I needed, to which I received bulging eyes and maximum surprise in my gaze (I still did not understand why). To get the seller to take out the curtains for me, I had to answer the strangest possible questions, like "what are you going to buy now?" Damn, well, not tomorrow, May, I showed with all my appearance, words and actions that I was ready, give me the curtains and keep the money. When paying for the product, I was offered a branded craft package, although it was paid for almost 3 rubles. When I asked if there were regular packages, they said no. Is this how you imagine 4 massive packages with curtains in this craft bag in the wet snow? Why are there no regular packages in the store, not craft ones, for larger goods than towels? I literally had to carry all these packages in my mouth to the stall in the passage to buy a normal package. At the same time, everyone is as unfriendly as possible, and you can see "what's up" in their eyes, the second saleswoman just floated out like a ghost, neither hello nor goodbye. What was that all about?
