Should I start with the pros? I decided to support my Belarusian manufacturer. I arrived - clean and nice. We were pleased with the prices (I'm spitting on it now), friendly sellers. Have you tried to help with the problem? rather "yes" than "no". BUT.. the question of the quality of the wallpaper products sold has not been agreed with the helmsman of this store, namely with the manufacturer - HOMELOBOY.
I bought 4 types of wallpaper for a 2-room apartment there. I was pleasantly surprised by the price - how cheap it turned out. But as it turned out later, the wallpaper quality totally SUCKS!!! And I was especially impressed by the wallpaper with the Dresden Companion pattern, golden in color (and this is kind of a novelty for them). The wallpaper turned out to be simply of the most amazing quality. in 25 years of experience when gluing wallpaper in construction and finishing work, I have never seen such a thing.
1. When running the palm of your hand over the surface, all the paint remains on the palm of your hand.
2. A week passed, but the wallpaper continued to stink of chemicals.
3. Different tube sizes, despite the identical product names of each tube.
4. There is nothing to say about seams - when gluing, the edges bulge and wrap, all the joints of the canvases are clearly visible.
As a result, they simply froze off with a letter, where the director of the Gomeloboi branch, K.K. Dragun, said that the claims were not accepted. At the same time, he brazenly deceived me - that I did not provide proof. Although I personally brought all the requested arguments to this store.
Dear customers... DO NOT CONTACT the GOMELOBOI company if you do not want to get into trouble and throw away your money.
As a result, I bought Russian-made wallpaper, and I was incredibly pleased with the quality, the joints, the gluing, and the look.
