I don't know anything about the plant itself, but I work in this building at an enterprise that rents premises from the plant. One of the disadvantages is the toilet!! One cubicle for the entire floor. There are two businesses and a bunch of employees on the same floor. The toilet is ALWAYS occupied. I have to go to another floor, which, for some reason, already has two booths, and there are fewer people on the floor. There is often no water in the building. Naturally, when there is no water, the toilets do not flush. It has a terrible smell all over the floor. Otherwise, I have no complaints about this building. There is a great buffet, very tasty buns, and there are all kinds of ice cream that are not available in regular stores. Friendly watchmen. Everything is great! Except for the TOILET!!!
