We wanted to order a bathroom countertop here. Everything seemed to be going well, they picked up the color, the staff communicated culturally. We also did it quickly. But when they came to pick it up, the countertop looked terrible (you can see it in the photo). Firstly, the edge is not matched in color, and secondly, everything is done as if on the knee, everything is very sloppy. There are glue residues everywhere and black cracks between the countertop and the edge. In the photo, the countertop has already been cleaned twice by the head of production. She didn't look any better. Therefore, we started talking with the authorities about how to resolve this situation - to redo or provide a discount. To which the boss said that this was not a marriage, so he offered to return the money for the edge (20 rubles!) or abandon the countertop and we will get the money back. That is, he did not even offer the option of reworking, for him this kind of final product is normal. Of course, we returned the countertop and our money, put such countertops at home yourself.

Well, about the facades is a separate story. They said the production time is not fast, 3 weeks, well, we agreed, we'll wait, we paid half the cost. The result was that they went to pick up after 5 weeks, paid the balance, went to pick up, and there all the facades were not finished, and they returned them to production again, they said wait for more) We are waiting, 6 weeks already. Everything is very sad!
