I would like to express my dissatisfaction with the work of Belpost office 51. Constant queues make visiting the department extremely inconvenient, although I have not encountered such problems in other departments. In addition, the electronic queue system does not work correctly - 5 more people took the ticket after me, but for some reason they were served earlier. The organization of work leaves much to be desired. Please take measures to eliminate such situations.
