It's terrible! There's always a queue. They work slowly. I've come several times, and each time I've been sitting for at least half an hour, even though I just need to pick up a package or buy an envelope. I won't contact Belpost anymore, it's awfully long and slow!

Queues are a nightmare, there are two employees at most. There is no separate window to buy an envelope. Stupidly, to buy an envelope, you need to take a coupon and wait at least an hour! Bullying! They also set up some kind of household goods store, although they can't even provide postal services promptly

Awful. They themselves came up with these QEO codes for simplified receipt of shipments and they themselves do not know how to use them. The operator doesn't even know what it is. You don't even have to talk about the 60-minute queue.
