It's just disgusting! 30 minutes of waiting , and after that they say that the number has passed for a long time , but for some reason 3 people did not hear the electronic queue calling their numbers ....

When will they start working quickly here? you stand in line for an hour, even though people don't do anything like that near the window. awful. You can come in the morning and stand until lunch.
