There are always queues, always! There are 2 windows running. It was recently renovated, at least it's cozy, but it doesn't justify waiting in line for half an hour. When will they put things in order here? When you go to other branches in Minsk, there are no queues. A mystery! Maybe we need to somehow adjust the process of receiving parcels, which is what people are suggesting? Although they don't care about the reviews, I'm sure.
