The post office has three working windows. The 1st is for the delivery of mail, which almost never works, and you have to wait in a general queue for about an hour, and sometimes more, to receive a registered letter or parcel. On Saturday, when there is a major influx of people, only one window is open. The specialists are working very slowly. You can't help but think of the movie "The Last Hero", if I'm not mistaken, where the kikimores steal time at the post office.
