I was lucky, there was 1 person in front of me, the waiting time was 6 minutes, but it's scary to provide waiting time if there is a queue. It was impossible to make an online appointment for the next 2 hours with an empty hall, of course it is unclear, but it is very interesting. There's a lot of stuff for sale there, probably to have something to do in the queue, but don't expect a smile, you didn't pay for it ;)

Today, on 05/04/2026, a girl named Maria Mikhailovna Kravchenok worked at the 4th cash register. I want to express my great dissatisfaction with the service, I would call it passive aggression. They brought a lot of parcels to send (this is our job) at first there were just heavy sighs from the employee, and after that she completely expressed herself in obscenities, trying to do it in a whisper, but it was audible. When people came up and asked, "How long will it take?" she replied, "WELL, AS YOU CAN SEE, it's BEEN A LONG TIME." A couple of times I also dropped parcels in which fresh flowers are sent. She treated the parcels rudely, put them on the table with aggression. She pointedly kicked the parcel. You can watch everything on the cameras. The approximate time is 10:10-10:15
