I love this department. There are almost never queues, even if you have to wait, you have never had to wait more than ten minutes. The staff is very pleasant, polite, and efficient. It's clean, there's a place to sit. There is a table with coloring books for kids.

There are queues of 30 people, and 1-2 ticket offices are open at most. There are no questions for the staff, but rather big questions for the higher administration. Please increase the number of employees, because every trip to this department is a huge waste of time.
