Clean, beautiful. The electronic queue makes waiting very easy, there are many places to sit down. Info kiosk, you can make quick payments. There are goods needed in everyday life, such as pots, towels and much more. The steps have been repaired, now it is safe to walk.

The service is excellent, the staff is friendly and courteous. We talked as if we were family. Very nice staff.
There is everything you need to pack a parcel. They gave me bubble wrap, tape, and scissors. In the post office in St. Petersburg, for comparison, we couldn't even buy Scotch, let alone the one provided by the staff.

If you want to hang out for two hours, then come here. The atmosphere of the USSR. I stood in line for an hour. As a result, the computer breaks down and everyone is dismissed. Endless queues, one window out of three is working. It's a terrible place, I don't recommend it
