Персонал очень приветливый. При входе стоит терминал для электронной очереди. Много сопутствующего товара, которые вынесен в отдельное помещение, что не мешает людям оплачивать коммуналку, получать и отправлять корреспонденцию. Однако, в основном работает только 2 окна, чего иногда бывает не достаточно. Бывает, что придется долго задерживаться в отделении.
