Everything is fine here, but it can take a long time to wait in line solely because they accept payments for communal services from pensioners, of whom there are many. Otherwise, the staff works quickly and there are no questions about the organization either, especially if you use the belpost application, it is super convenient.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the work of this post office. The staff work incredibly slowly, giving the impression that they are trying to serve customers here for as long as possible. A separate problem is the incomprehensible "missing" numbers in the queue. You're standing there waiting for your ticket, and then suddenly your number just jumps over, and you have to take a new ticket, waiting again. This is absolutely unacceptable! The organization of the work is disgusting. It feels like customers aren't welcome here at all.
