What has changed in a year? The hotline reported that parcels are issued only upon presentation of a passport / driver's license. The situation is unclear. If you were given a photo once, of course, if a similar situation occurs, you expect a similar outcome. And so everything is cool. They work fast, you don't sit in line for a long time.🙂
