High-quality service, courteous staff. It's always clean. The waiting time depends on the number of visitors, but rarely more than 5 minutes.

Only positive emotions after visiting, the staff is good, they will always help and tell you what and how, patient, convenient location of the department. There can be a lot of people, but in this case, pre-registration saves.

Terrible service, I sent the letter for the first time, they didn't explain at all how to do it, that there is a number by which you can track the shipment, as a result, the letter with important documents did not reach the recipient! No one wanted to deal with this issue, they sent me as soon as I came with such a question.
