For those who come for parcels with OZON. The queue works in electronic format. There is no "parcels with OZON" section on the terminal, but there are parcels with WB, so I took it. The coupon number was W192, there were three people in front of me, after waiting in line for more than 20 minutes, they turned me around and said that for goods with OZON you need to take a separate coupon (mailings) and wait in line again (as mentioned earlier, this is not indicated anywhere). Keep this point in mind if you come for parcels from this marketplace. The post office employee could explain it adequately, but, unfortunately, he poisoned me back and I have to wait in line again. I understand how an electronic queue works, but it's worth making a separate point in the terminal for parcels with OZON or adding a mark in the "Mailings" category
