They did not want to work (they did not know how), and after unloading them from part of the payments, they did not want to or (they did not learn). There are constant queues for an hour or two, barely half of all windows are served (2 windows + 1 for departures).If the management is really interested in decent service, enter not an hour, but a deal. This is my opinion.

Queues at the parcel receipt department for 30-50 people at any time. The employees work hard and serve quickly. But the queues do not depend on them. The area is huge, there are a lot of young people. And often, instead of ordering goods in one parcel, you have to split it into several small ones, otherwise exceeding the same meager limits.. It takes 1-1.5 hours to stand behind the receipt. So welcome to the queue.

Recently, they finally installed an electronic queue - it didn't get any easier. 70+ people in line in front of you and an hour and a half of waiting is quite normal. moreover, the guys seem to be working relatively smartly. it's just that 2-3 windows there are stupidly not enough to cope with the current human flow.
