The scales were exactly the same with a measuring limit of 30 kg, but the workers don't know that!!! As a result, we were advised to contact another department, where there will be scales capable of weighing a heavier shipment! Of course, there were no apologies. I have never encountered such a lack of tools (scales) at any of the competing posts of the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation. It's like a hairdresser with nail scissors. That's great! I suspect that such mail was in the USSR. A quiet and warm swamp in which no one is responsible for anything! I do not recommend it!
