My favorite department! I would like to thank all the staff for their work: they are always polite, they will help with everything, they answer questions calmly. I come here quite often, and the department has become even more convenient and pleasant after the renovation. Plus, I use the Belpost app, which is also regularly updated, and it makes receiving/sending parcels faster and more convenient. I sometimes hear dissatisfied visitors in the queue, they say, why are so few windows working, but I consider such claims inappropriate. I've never seen the girls on shift sitting around or just walking back and forth, everyone is busy with their own business, and each client is given exactly the right amount of time. The fact that there are not enough staff is not the fault of the employees! So I would like to wish the dissatisfied people patience and self-improvement, and to wish this department more adequate visitors.
