The electronic queue terminal formally worked (assigned a number), but did not print coupons. The woman in front of me warned me about this, and I, in turn, warned the man who followed. The following people were warned by visitors about the need to remember their number to avoid chaos. After about 5 minutes, the employee noticed that the device was malfunctioning. Instead of apologizing to customers for idle and non-working equipment, she began to sort things out and make claims, finding out exactly who and why did not inform her about the problem. It was extremely unpleasant to be bullied when I wasn't obligated to run to an employee with a report on equipment failure. I consider such service disrespectful
