Today, at the post office on 40B Asanalieva Street, the post office was not working, there was no information that they were not working on 01.01.25, only information about the postponement of the work schedule, where it was written that on holidays they work from 10:00-17:00,lunch from 14:00-15:00. It stood for an hour and 12 minutes without anyone opening (it was from 14:00-15:12). The staff call button rang and no one came out. I'm very unhappy because I've wasted so much time. At least it would be possible to write on the door that 01.01.25 do not work

Thanks to all the employees of this post office for their hard work, patience and stress resistance! I am very pleased with the repairs made in the department, it has become a little better with queues. I would like to appeal only to impatient customers: You will never understand how hard this work is until you sit down to work in the window yourself for a meager salary. And grumble that someone left for lunch for 15 minutes at all... Often, at their lunch, employees are engaged in work too, without having time to eat properly during the day! And, if you do not want to stand in line, then you have long come up with information kiosks for paying both in cash and by card. Those who value their time have been using it for a long time!

If you need to go to the post office, I immediately take a coupon, then go shopping in neighboring stores for 40 minutes, then go back to the post office and sit there for another half hour anyway. I repeat, it's not about the staff (in my opinion). It's just that the department is overloaded and cannot cope with such a flow, additional equipment is needed in this area
