I often have to visit this department because it is located near work. This is not the first time we have placed an order for the purchase of printed products and there are always some problems. Today, I received a large amount of money in the mail after payment, and it turns out that the girl did not have a record of what exactly I ordered, and the invoice she wrote out to me was not saved. But that's still half the trouble, in the end it turned out that they had already sold some of the products from my order (for which I kind of paid) and I was kindly offered to come back tomorrow when a new batch arrives. The service is just on the level.
