As a frequent user of Belpost services, I can note that this branch is located in a convenient location for me. It is always clean and there is a place to sit down while waiting for your turn. There is a terminal for creating an electronic queue. The staff is calm and courteous. The only thing I would like to change is that the parcels are issued through a separate window from the others (as it was before). Receiving parcels takes much less time than other operations and sometimes you have to wait a very long time.

When asked to call someone else to open another window and speed up the process, they said that there was no one else and she was alone on her shift schedule. Yes, it's clear that employees are not to blame for anything, and there are different operations in terms of duration, but still, sitting in line for forty minutes, being late for work, and not sending a transfer (while the queue has not moved a single person) is overkill.
