They made repairs, but they didn't teach the employees how to be polite. I came to send the package, they yelled at me and told me to do it myself using the app. I don't want to download any apps. That's what the post office exists for, to perform such services - to pack a parcel and send it. Terrible separation. Make a separate window for this, since the workers are so unwilling to do their job.
