I often send parcels. After the repair, it became very pleasant and convenient to do this with el.the queue. The staff is attentive and patient. I appeal to customers to be more polite and calm when communicating with employees. For some reason, some people consider it normal to raise their voice and demand more than instructions. If there is no "Receiving transfer" service in the terminal of the electronic queue, then why are you trying to do this??? Transfers are received in the central hall)

It is a pleasure to pick up parcels from the post office. There are no queues, the whole receiving procedure will take about 30 seconds. Just come up, enter the password, pick up the parcel. Very convenient.
