After this situation, there was an unpleasant aftertaste, after waiting so long for the parcel, it was given to someone, but not to me.

You still need to search for slower mail. Once again, there is a person who starts filling out letter forms, it takes 10 minutes to figure out why they should wait for him, let him fill out in his own time, or come with an already filled out form. But what if there are 2 emails, what's 15 minutes to look at it, why???They gave me a form, the following one. I didn't fill it out, go get another ticket. And why are postal services on coupons not a priority, with these communal apartments they got it!! Let them be served last. 5 people for half an hour. It's infuriating already.
