It feels like after the rearrangement (I was there regularly from 2022 to 2023), it became more comfortable to be in the room, the available space is used more efficiently: there are more chairs, benches and tables where you can sit normally and, for example, specify the address and other information for sending letters and other documents. Good location of the storefronts: everything is visible. Adequate staff. The waiting time is within the normal range. You don't have to stand and wait, as before in the early 2000s (for an hour or even more). The only thing that surprised me was that the radio was playing for some reason, although intrusive music usually comes from cafes and parks. But maybe something has changed since then.
