Disgusting queue service! I went to the branch at about 15:00, I need to send a parcel, and it takes me no more than a couple of minutes because I make out the form in the application in advance. Meanwhile, I have a queue of 9 (!) people in front of me, and only ONE window out of three is working!! Meanwhile, a post office employee is leisurely having conversations about life with an elderly visitor who came to pay for some services. Every time I calculate my business and plans, I realize that I need to set aside at least an hour to stand in line. What is this anyway?! If there is such a flow of people in this department, then let all the windows work and not one for 10 people! It's incredibly infuriating!!! 😡
