When I was at the Belpost in Nesvizh, it wasn't crowded at all — I easily took the ticket and hardly waited. The service was good, and the woman at the checkout spoke to me very respectfully, which was nice. However, I do not know how it works for the locals — their experience may vary. But as a guest, I was satisfied: everything went smoothly and without too much fuss. The building was simple but quite functional, the atmosphere was calm and organized.

The queue has finally become electronic!!! A big plus! When I remember, there are a lot of people there! They swear who borrowed from whom! The present civilization!! The staff is friendly, the workers change often, apparently they don't want to pay from here and the queues are even electronic! Of the four windows, 2b works at best!!!When they call about parcels, the girls are very polite! Sometimes there are misunderstandings with delivery! At least, after the morning call, the courier came to me only in the evening! They say of course during the day, but I would like to be more efficient somehow!!! It is unclear why to keep a notification if the parcel has already been received! Waste of fuel! Lost time! We have a lot to grow!
