This post office is not far from my house and I periodically visit it exclusively for postal business, that is, mail and receipts. I can't say anything bad about the operators. And the postman who has been serving my house for many years is generally wonderful. For many years, there was no clear organization of service in this department. The reception and delivery of mail was a complete mess and there was no specific permanent approach to this issue. Everything changed every time, which was inconvenient. But this is the most important function of Belpost! However, the department has recently been renovated and an apparatus for electronic control of the queue of visitors has been installed. It has become much better.

Come and see what you've done: queues for an hour, an hour and a half, two delivery windows, barely moving employees, no system.One visitor is served for at least 40 minutes, because they rummage through bags of parcels until they find the right one.One question: why?
