Postmen do not want to work when paid courier delivery is ordered by EMS. The first time, the parcel was not delivered, citing the fact that there was no telephone for communication and they could not call the apartment on the intercom. Because of this, the package went back to another city. The second time, they already called and said that maybe I would pick up the parcel at the post office myself, although the EMS delivery was paid for, where the postal courier is obliged to bring the parcel to the apartment. As a result, I haven't had a fight yet, and they couldn't safely bring the parcel. They don't want to work at all. They also got my name mixed up on the package, they wrote a completely different one. I will no longer use White mail for paid courier delivery. But the most interesting thing is that when you come to pick up a parcel at this post office, everything is fine, the employees are adequate and good, and everything was clear. But they always have problems with the EMS courier service.
